Assignments
A successful coaching engagement starts with one essential factor: coachability.
This means the individual:
- Is open to examining and improving their knowledge and skills
- Is willing to explore the deeper barriers that affect execution in real sales situations
- Is committed to doing the work required to improve
Each assignment typically begins with weekly coaching sessions of around 60 minutes. Over time, the frequency naturally reduces as capability and confidence grow. However, coaching remains flexible and can scale up when needed, depending on live opportunities and challenges.
No two assignments are identical. While clients may receive similar tools and support, the order, intensity, and focus are tailored to the individual. Just as every opportunity is different, so is every salesperson.
As core sales execution improves, the focus shifts toward:
- Managing leads and opportunities more effectively
- Improving time management
- Consistently achieving targets
Client Engagement
Each coaching assignment runs for a minimum of six months.
This timeframe allows for:
- Trust to develop between coach and salesperson
- Clear alignment on goals and expectations
- Sustainable behaviour change to take hold
- Measurable results to emerge
At the six-month mark, we review progress together and agree on next steps.
If at any point it’s clear that I’m no longer adding value, I will proactively bring the assignment to a close. This approach ensures clients only invest where there is real impact.
Many long-term clients now re-engage me when onboarding new salespeople who are ready to move to the next level—built on a foundation of consistent, proven results.
Pricing
- Typical investment for coaching: $300–$600 per month per salesperson
- Typical investment for Sales Management is upwards of $1,000 per month
- Ideal Coaching Engagement term: 6 months minimum
Payment structure:
- On -Demand payable at time of booking
- Monthly pay as you good Payable at time of booking
- 6 month programme 50% at time of booking 50% at start of month 4
Whilst I have set pricing levels I also know that the complexity of the role and the level of support required could vary. This will always be discussed befor commencement.
